Wayne Spalding

Wayne Spalding in year 9 has written a rap song to help year 9 students to remember some tricky German grammar.

Whilst studying the topic of Home and Environment in German, students are required to be familiar with propositions, small words which describe the position or location of something, such as under, next to, opposite and on. Wayne’s clever rap has brought the topic right up to date and it is helping the group to remember this special group of words more easily.

The Year 9 German students had great fun learning and performing the rap and hope to film it so that it can be included on the online curriculum in the Summer.

Best of all, students are making much better than usual progress with their prepositions work. Thank you Wayne!
